Staying at the Bambou Resort

Welcome to Hôtel Bambou and Culture Créole boutique-hotel!

To make the most of your stay at our two hotels, here's all the useful information you need to know.

🏨 Our hotels

• Hôtel Bambou - Lifestyle, a stone's throw from the beach, relaxed atmosphere and guaranteed comfort.
• Culture Créole - Adults-only boutique hotel, facing the sea, intimate, swimming pool and tranquility, ideal for reconnecting.

Our villas have their own guidebook, which can be consulted separately.

📌 Good to know

• Check-in time: from 4pm - Check-out time: 12am sharp.
• Your room card activates electricity (lights and air conditioning) and access to common areas.
• Thank you for respecting the Resort's Golden Rules: they guarantee everyone a harmonious and pleasant stay.
• You can also record your bar drinks and treatments at Le Cocon directly on your room bill, for simplified payment at the end of your stay.

📶 Wi-Fi

• All our guests staying at the Resort have access to free Wi-Fi.
• Private network : enter your name, email address and validate the terms and conditions to access the network.
• Premium option (highly recommended): use the code provided by reception on arrival to benefit from a longer-lasting connection and a higher speed.

💡 In Martinique, the Internet network can sometimes be slower than in major urban centers. Thank you for your indulgence and kindness in this matter.

🍽️ Catering

• Breakfast: Buffet, continental and American

Served daily from 7am to 9:30am, at restaurants Bòdlanmè (Hôtel Bambou) and O'Deck (Culture Créole).

• Lunch: à la carte and snack formula

At Restaurant Bòdlanmè: daily continuous service from 12pm to 6pm à la carte. 🔗Consult our menu and 🔗Discoverthe new menu from^{December 1,}2025.

Le Karayib snack-restaurant: daily from 12pm to 2pm.

• Lunch / Dinner: buffet or à la carte

At the Bòdlanmè restaurant (Hôtel Bambou) : served as a buffet from 7pm to 10pm, included in half-board packages. Reservations can be made directly at the restaurant on the desired day.

At O'Deck (Culture Créole): served buffet-style or à la carte.

💡 Tip: remember to book your meals in advance to make the most of your culinary experience.

🍹 Bars and drinks credits

Our bars welcome you all day long to enjoy your favorite cocktails and drinks.

• At the Barik bar (outside): Wednesday to Sunday, 3pm to 11pm. 🔗Check outour menu.
• At the Marian (indoor): 11am to 11pm .

🏖️ Beach and pool

• The main pool is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Minors aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Beach towels are available at reception (deposit required) and can be exchanged once a day between 8am and 12pm. Any beach towel not returned on the day of departure will be charged at €40.
• Beach service, including beach attendants, deckchairs and beach umbrellas, is available from 8am to 6pm.

• Reception is open 24 hours a day and can be reached by dialing 9 from your room telephone.
• The concierge is open every day.
  For all inquiries (activities, excursions, transport, emergencies): please contact the concierge or reception.

💶 Means of payment at the Resort

• Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
• Cash : Euro and USD at the beach.
• Contactless payment / PayPass: by credit card.
• Vouchers & lunch cards : at catering outlets only.
• ANCV vacation vouchers: at reception and in the main restaurant (please note that no change will be given).

🚗 Parking

• The Bambou Resort has two free parking lots reserved for guests.
• Free public parking is also available nearby.
• The Resort is equipped with 2 charging stations for electric vehicles.
• Disabled parking spaces are also available near the main entrances.

💎 Our golden rules

• Wearing the bracelet: The Resort bracelet must be worn at all times by all occupants of our two hotels. It allows us to better identify the package reserved and to fully ensure everyone's safety.
• Respect for the premises : Please treat the complex with the same respect as you would your own home. Avoid any harmful or destructive behavior that would interfere with your well-being and that of others.
• Non-smoking: Our rooms and bungalows are strictly non-smoking. Please smoke or vapourize outside and dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately in ashtrays.
• Occupants : The number of occupants indicated at the time of booking must be respected. Undeclared occupants may be subject to additional charges or eviction without refund.
• Visitors : Visitors must be registered at reception and are permitted until 8pm. Please note that it is strictly forbidden for visitors to use the swimming pools, deckchairs and parasols.
• Quiet after 10pm : Given the wooden construction of our bungalows and out of respect for your neighbors, please keep quiet after 10pm. Avoid excessive or disruptive noise.
• Resource conservation: To preserve our island and our Resort, please limit waste, sort your garbage and enjoy every moment (and every meal) with conscience.
• Courtesy : Please be polite and cordial to all Resort staff and guests. Any abusive behavior is liable to expulsion from the establishment, without refund.
