Parties are not permitted at any time. Tenants and their visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night (11 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and when arriving and departing. Excessive noise pollution may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions from the security deposit.
Although we love animals, no pets are allowed in our Resort. This includes our hotels and villas.
The minimum age for reservations and check-in is 18 in our hotels and 21 in our Villas. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 0 to 3 are considered as babies sleeping in a cot. Children under 3 are not counted in the Villa's staff.
Tenants are authorized to invite a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay and are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with the Rules of Living. All requests for visitors must be submitted to the Villa Owner. The maximum number of people authorized to sleep in the Villa must be respected.
For everyone's well-being, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Villas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the garbage can.
