For reasons of hygiene and privacy, treatments and massages are given without accompanying persons (including children).
Our spa is open to you. Certain treatments and massages may not be offered without your doctor's prior consent.
The Tropical Spa welcomes minors aged 5 and over accompanied by an adult.
We welcome pregnant women between your 4th and 8th non-entamined months of pregnancy, with a range of specific treatments and massages. Please note that some of our facilities are not recommended for pregnant women.
Of course you can. Our team of wellness professionals looks forward to welcoming you.
Yes, what a great idea! You can visit our website or our online store and then print out the voucher to give to the lucky person directly from home. Alternatively, we can produce gift vouchers on site or by emailing us.
Yes, you can cancel and/or postpone your treatment or massage up to 24 hours in advance. After this time, your 30% deposit will be retained.
We strongly recommend that you make a reservation before coming to the spa. However, we can accommodate you without a reservation if our daily schedule permits.
