Until what time can I be welcomed?

Our receptionists are available 24 hours a day. In the event of late arrival, please notify the resort as soon as possible. For half-board guests, alternative meals may be available.

Can I cancel or change my booking free of charge?

Yes, you can cancel and/or postpone your treatment or massage up to 24 hours in advance. After this time, your 30% deposit will be retained.

Can I take advantage of the concierge service during my stay?

All our guests can call on our concierges during their stay.

What does half-board include?

Half-board includes buffet breakfast and dinner and excludes drinks during meals.

Can I bring my pet?

Although we love animals, no pets are allowed in our Resort. This includes our hotels and villas.

What are the check-in times?

We're happy to welcome you from 4 p.m. every day. In the event of early arrival, please inform us. In exceptional cases, you will have access to our hotels. However, your accommodation will not be allocated until it is ready.

Does the concierge offer a transportation service?

Yes, we can arrange private transfers to and from the airport and port, as well as transport services for your excursions.

Is it compulsory to wear a resort bracelet?

Yes, the bracelet given to you by the receptionist at check-in must be worn and visible throughout your stay. It enables us to offer you the services related to your stay and to ensure your safety. If you are staying in a villa, a wristband will be given to you when you arrive at the resort.

Am I entitled to visits?

All visits must be submitted to our receptionists or concierges. The resort's swimming pools are closed to visitors, and access to the boutique-hotel Culture Créole remains forbidden to minors under 18. Communal areas are open to all.

What does the breakfast buffet consist of?

This is a complete meal consisting of hot dishes (eggs, bacon, sausages, French fries), pastries, breads, pancakes, cereals, hot and cold drinks, cheeses and yogurts, cold meats, fresh fruit, jams...

What does the dinner buffet consist of?

The meal consists of hot and cold starters, meat and fish dishes, vegetables and starches, and locally-influenced desserts. Menus are different every evening and prepared on site by our team of cooks. Please let us know if you have any special needs or dietary requirements.

Can I open an account to keep track of my consumption during my stay?

An account linked to your accommodation will automatically be opened, enabling you to pay for your drinks on the day of your departure. For greater flexibility, you can choose one of our beverage credit packages.

Can I book an excursion directly with the concierge?

The concierge can guide you in your choice of activities in Martinique and book your private, personalized excursions. If you have booked through a travel agency, an external hostess will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
